High Protein Breakfast
1 English Muffin Toasted
1 Egg Fried (yolk popped)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Put Peanut Butter on toasted muffin add
egg cut in half and you have Protein to Go!
Go To Appetizer
1 can Artichoke Hearts rinsed, drained and squeeze water out then crush up with hands.
1/4 Cup of Mayo (Hellmann's)
1/4 Cup of Sour Cream
(if it seems a little dry add more Mayo & S.C.)
1 Sm. Onion finely chopped
4 to 5 dashes of Tabasco Sauce (more if you like it hot)
1 Tbsp. fresh Lemon Juice (or to taste)
1/2 Parmesan Cheese (if it seem a little runny add more cheese)
Mix all together put in glass baking dish and bake 350 for 20 min.
You can add crispy bacon on top!

French Salad Dressing
1 cup Veg. Oil
1/3 cup Heinz Ketchup
1/4 White Vinegar
3/4 cup White Sugar
2 Tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1 to 2 Tbsp. fresh Lemon juice
Put all ingredients in a jab put lid on and shake it up!
Cow Girl Cup Cakes
1 Box of your favorite Cake Mix
1 Container each Vanilla & Chocolate Icing
1 Box of Wafer Cookies
1 Bag of Twizzler Twist
1 Bag Circus Peanuts
Make cup cakes according back of box
Let cup cakes cool then put icing on them. With a sharp knife cut a slit in circus peanut and insert wafer cookie then push cookie into the cup cake at an angle. Cut twizzler about 1 1/2" and separate twist half way and then insert tootpick at solid end this will make the tail.
Use an icing bag with a #233 tip to make the mane, use a #3 tip to make the eyes and nostrils and use a #352 tip to make the ears.
4 boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
(pound out until thin and even)
#1 with flour, salt & Pepper
#2 with 2 eggs & milk (beat well with fork)
#3 with 1 cup of crushed Townhouse Crackers
and 1 cup of Kraft Parmesan Cheese
Heat 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter in a skillet on Med. Low heat.
step 1- Dredge chicken in Flour, then in Egg wash and then in Cracker/Parm. Mixture. Add to skillet turn heat to low and cook until golden brown then turn it and let it brown on other side. Remove chicken to platter then add more butter sliced mushrooms and cook 3 to 4 min. then add 1 bunch of Green Onions cut into 1" pieces and the juice of 1 Lemon and a splash of White Wine or Chicken Broth. Pour over Chicken and serve.
